This is an old revision of the document!
Once the geant4 simulation in primasoft is compiled, it can be run with
primag4sim <configuration file>
See file primag4sim.conf in the geant4 directory for an example. All commands have a default value which will be used if the command does not appear in the config file. A list of available commands is here.
