Timeplan for Setup in the A1-Hall

The goal is to have a fully equipped and running detector in A1 at October 18th.

To do in HIM hall:

  • [x] Cable the detector (P, C, S, Aj) (30.08.)
  • [x] detector submodule position measurement (P+C+S) (06.09.)
  • [ ] leakage test, humidity test at room temperature or 10 deg (J+P) (06.09.)
  • [ ] splitter board test (L) (06.09.)
  • [ ] VLAN commissioning (O) (06.09.)
  • [x] assemble SADC setup (O+A) (13.09.)
  • [ ] read out whole detector at once (13.09.)
  • [ ] cosmic measurement 200MeV; warm or cold? (13.09.)
  • [ ] Get cabled detector ready for movement (16.09.)

Time plan in A1-hall:

  • [x] Move spectrometers (30.08.)
  • [x] Clear stuff in A1 hall (S) (30.08.)
  • [x] Disassemble exit beam pipe (29.08. 10 o'clock)
  • [x] Disassemble target chamber (06.09.)
  • [x] Build, install and measure target ladder
  • [x] install new target chamber
  • [ ] Build MayTech table in A1-Hall (10.09.)
  • [ ] Move calorimeter to A1-Hall (20.09.)
  • [ ] Close target chamber and vacuum test (20.09.)
  • [ ] Install calorimeter (27.09.)
  • [ ] Install exit beam pipe
  • [ ] Vacuum test of exit beampipe
  • [ ] Install infrastructure (PC, Racks, etc.) (04.10.)
  • [ ] Cable calorimeter on Rack side (04.10.)
  • [ ] Test all submodules (11.10.)
  • [ ] Put vacuum on exit beampipe for beamtime (18.10.)
  • [ ] Cool detector (18.10.)
  • [ ] Cosmic measurement, 25 MeV, cold

Cooling (J):

  • [ ] connect outer cooling (06.09.)
  • [ ] dry air module readout via LAN (Pierre)
  • [ ] prepare manifold boxes
  • [ ] humidity readout

What else:

  • detector position measurement in A1 hall
  • Vacuum tests

Parts Missing:

  • temperature cables extern
  • USBC cables for half subunits
  • adapter plates for table (feet, rails, etc.)
