Targets are controlled with the computer named “control1”. Open a terminal and type:

where_target

to get the information about the current target.

!! Only change target while beam is off !! For MAMI optimisation the C12 Target is needed.

To get the C12 Target type:

go_C12

To get the Ta Target type:

go_Ta

To get the Lupolen Target type:

go_Lupolen

! Highest beamcurrent for Lupolen Target: 500 nA ! To get the luminescent screen, type:

go_Al203

Noramly you want to see the beam on the luminescent screen, therefore you have to swith on the camera. This can be done with the Taret Control Gui, which is also running on “control1”. The film is displayed on the display “Target Camera”. This one needs also to be swithched on.
